Bob's unique style and story telling helps couples quickly gain greater understanding of each other and the challenges that lead to most marriage difficulties. His years of working in a female dominant industry and over 20 years of men's ministry experience gives Bob incredible insight into both worlds. Bob guides couples through biblical understanding of God's design for marriage. Additionally, Bob studies and reads extensively on the subject of marriage using resources by top Christian experts on marriage. Bob was a part of San Antonio Marriage Initiative while living in San Antonio and is currently helping to create the Greater Charlotte Marriage Initiative in the Charlotte area and beyond.

Bob highly recommends at least 6 sessions to best prepare for marriage. Using a thorough list of questions and worksheets, Bob helps the couple have a greater understanding of what to expect before saying "I do".
Helpful tools, resources and insight will prepare the couple to navigate the new marriage and the ability to adjust to the changing seasons of a marriage.

Bob is certified in both Prepare and Enrich and SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before it Starts). Each assessment provides a clear snapshot of the current state of your marriage. The results will expose the areas of greatest need while highlighting your greatest strengths. An accompanying workbook will provided exercises to help build positive habits and create greater communication.

Bob is a licensed and ordained Pastor with an Advanced Certificate in Biblical Counseling from Light University.
Bob's personal experiences and extensive study on the subject of marriage has helped to equip Bob to provide care and bring biblical understanding to God's design for marriage and life.
